President's Choice Ajax Pan Am Ballpark
JSA Sport, working with Forrec Ltd., provided site design, technical design and consulting services on the new President's Choice Ball Park. The upgraded venue hosted all baseball and softball games, including women’s baseball — a first for an international multi-sport Games — as well as the return of men’s softball to the Pan Am sport program. Included in the overall park design was the development of two MLB compliant ball diamonds, including bullpens and dugouts, and the renovation and redevelopment of the four existing softball diamonds. Post-games the facility will be a centre for both baseball and softball in the regional, provincial and national training and competition.
